Taxi crashes into popular eatery in the center of the Hell’s Kitchen Gayborhood during lunch time.
On Thursday July 11th, a car rear-ended a taxi propelling it onto the curb and into the popular Westville restaurant at 809 9th Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen, New York.
The car crash happened around 1pm during the busy lunch rush.
Although eight people were injured, according to NYPD their injuries are not life threatening. According to the driver, he was rear ended by another vehicle that caused him to mount the curb and lose control of the yellow cab.
Despite being shaken up from the sudden crash, the Westville restaurant is fully operational and open for business.
